There is a spot on my left heel that is swollen and started the day the water was on the floor in ur kitchen!

I am 2 days totally off narcotics of all kinds now.

May be getting some to take sparingly later tonight.

Doctor has me off 10 more days at least and I am gonna enjoy the vacation...possibly exploring my healing abilities downtown where God leads me to...daily...
