What is Love?

Billy, Age 4 says:

When someone loves you, the way they say your name is different.  You just know that your name is  safe in their mouth.

Nikka, Age 6 says:

If you want to  learn to love better, you should start with a friend you hate.

Yes, Finally, Yes

February 27, 2013

I have allowed a time for developing and fine tuning your spiritual hearing. The steps that I have ordered for you will be effortless for you to walk in now. I have sent you winds to blow you on course and dislodge everything that has settled in you. Other strong winds that twisted your course and caused you to be bewildered. These winds are coming against the winds of adversity and are assisting you onto the road to your destiny. This is My plan for your good, for even when you have struggled, you did not quit, I have used those things to strengthen you even more. I Am aware of all that you have endured while you continue to stand on My Word. You must keep your heart pure and pliable to Me. I Am your God for good, I Am not against you. Remember this always, I Am not bankrupt nor have I depleted My resources for and to you. Do not tolerate the voice of the enemy as he whispers lies to you about My plans for you. He has no idea nor will he ever understand the love I have for you. I will bring you out! You must not depend upon the thoughts of the flesh, for it always yields more flesh. Fleshly ideas lead to sin and death, so listen and follow Holy Spirit. He will lead you into My truth every time. Practice being still to learn to follow.

Understand that what you are seeing in this world serves only to bring about the desired end. I have not finished with the "shaking". All these "shakings" are of everything that men have depended on, and this must happen to bring as many as I can to the end of themselves, so that they might begin to hear Me calling. It is my great mercy being extended now. For this present darkness will deepen, but at the same time My light will begin to shine bright from all of My children. The winds will continue to blow in My House like never before. There is no fear to all who stay hidden in Me. There will be springtime in My House after a season of stillness, there will arise a craving desire to do My Word at all cost. Passionate and unbridled love for Me and the Kingdom will come back to My House. It will be a fresh spring wind blowing and it will awaken the new. Many brave and bold believers have been born from the times of adversity and they will walk in the heavenlies. They will shake the trees of the righteous and cause the fruit to be given and shared, not for fleshly and selfish reasons or kingdoms, but for My glory. These are clothed in the garment of love. They will wake up the weary ones and resuscitate all who have longed to be revived and rejuvenated, breathing more of Me into them by My Word purely given. They will boldly require and receive all that is at their disposal from heaven and cause great forceful ripples of waves to be felt throughout My Church. Waves that will awaken My bride, and awaken My beloved, for springtime has come and We will cover the mountains that have kept you at a great distance. I have brought us to the time of releasing My wind, fire, oil, and water, into My Church all at once. Get ready for what I have prepared for you to walk in, it is beyond all understanding. You will see and understand that I have fortified through all that you have endured. You will see how strong I really am in you.

"My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away; For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away." (S.O.S. 2:10-14)

"Be assured and understand that the trial and proving of your faith bring out endurance and steadfastness and patience. But let endurance and steadfastness and patience have full play and do a thorough work, so that you may be [people] perfectly and fully developed [with no defects], lacking in nothing." (James 1:3-4)

Feb 27-I AM is with you

SMALL STRAWS IN A SOFT WIND by MARSHA BURNS:
Beloved, rise above fear and dread by way of reminding yourself that I will bring you through your current complex dilemma and perplexity. I will give you wisdom and direction and bring people into your life who can help you through this difficulty. But, you must stand in the firm belief that I am with you and for you. Refuse to give into despair and discouragement. Establish your heart in absolute faith, says the Lord, with no doubting.

James 1:5-8 If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.

What is the main theme of the passage below?

Psalm 136
New King James Version (NKJV)

Thanksgiving to God for His Enduring Mercy

136 Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.
2 Oh, give thanks to the God of gods!
For His mercy endures forever.
3 Oh, give thanks to the Lord of lords!
For His mercy endures forever:
4 To Him who alone does great wonders,
For His mercy endures forever;
5 To Him who by wisdom made the heavens,
For His mercy endures forever;
6 To Him who laid out the earth above the waters,
For His mercy endures forever;
7 To Him who made great lights,
For His mercy endures forever—
8 The sun to rule by day,
For His mercy endures forever;
9 The moon and stars to rule by night,
For His mercy endures forever.
10 To Him who struck Egypt in their firstborn,
For His mercy endures forever;
11 And brought out Israel from among them,
For His mercy endures forever;
12 With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm,
For His mercy endures forever;
13 To Him who divided the Red Sea in two,
For His mercy endures forever;
14 And made Israel pass through the midst of it,
For His mercy endures forever;
15 But overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea,
For His mercy endures forever;
16 To Him who led His people through the wilderness,
For His mercy endures forever;
17 To Him who struck down great kings,
For His mercy endures forever;
18 And slew famous kings,
For His mercy endures forever—
19 Sihon king of the Amorites,
For His mercy endures forever;
20 And Og king of Bashan,
For His mercy endures forever—
21 And gave their land as a heritage,
For His mercy endures forever;
22 A heritage to Israel His servant,
For His mercy endures forever.
23 Who remembered us in our lowly state,
For His mercy endures forever;
24 And rescued us from our enemies,
For His mercy endures forever;
25 Who gives food to all flesh,
For His mercy endures forever.
26 Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven!
For His mercy endures forever.

Psalm 13:6

New King James Version (NKJV)
6 I will sing to the Lord
Because He has dealt bountifully with me.

Biblically in the Old Testament any foreigner who wished to join Israel was to follow His laws for them at that time and was then considered a part of Israel.  They became one with Israel.  IF they brought in new gods, they were cast out if not killed, stoning seemed to be used quite often then.  So it is today about foreigners joining themselves to Jesus Christ...welcome them all and love the hell right out of them!  The new testament reports stonings only occurring by the Pharisees and Sadducees of the high courts AGAINST the believer.

Welcome one and all to verbally confess Jesus Christ is Lord and mean it from their heart!  The one who comes to Him will by no means be cast out!  He will lose no one who comes to Him.  ALL who call upon the Lord Jesus shall be saved.  I know it for a fact... I call upon Him frequently and often through out the day.  And He answers me...usually just giving me the next step to do until my problem is resolved in a most glorious way.  Yes, that's the Jesus Christ I know.  That's the God I serve.  That's the way He works!

Hebrews 11

New King James Version (NKJV)

By Faith We Understand

11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2 ...
3 By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

Faith at the Dawn of History

4 By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain,
...
5 By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; [a] for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

 6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Meditation of the WEEK

Grace to you and peace be multiplied.

A Heavenly Inheritance

3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His abundant mercy has begotten us again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, 4 to an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and that does not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, 5 who are kept by the power of God through faith for salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

6 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, 8 whom having not seen[a] you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, 9 receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.

This is LOVE

This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him.

I am praying, too, that you will be filled with His mighty, glorious strength, that you may keep going no matter what happens~always full of the joy of the Lord and always thankful to the Father, Who has made us fit to dwell in  the Kingdom of Light, for He has rescued us out of the kingdom of darkness and gloom and brought us into the Kingdom of His dear Son, Who bought our freedom with His blood and forgave us all our iniquities.

I Call For My Esthers

February 1, 2013

I call for my Esthers. You adopted Hadassahs who have been hidden in obscurity to come to the Kingdom for such a time as this. You know who you are and you have been given a grace to enter into the fast of Esther. You are being positioned to come before authorities and kings on behalf of My people and I call you forth not only for natural Israel, but spiritual Israel as well.

You have been through very long times of purification in preparation for this hour. I have protected your identity and intercession from the plans and schemes of the wicked one who would destroy you and the nations, tribes and tongues you represent. I have made provision for your every need and my wisdom, grace, and favor will enable you to complete this assignment.

Go forth in humility and with all boldness and abandonment declare, if I perish I perish, in order to see the salvation of nations. For I AM is with you and you will see the fruit of your prayers quickly manifested in this year as never before.

Acts 10

New International Version (NIV)

Cornelius Calls for Peter

10 At Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, a centurion in what was known as the Italian Regiment. 2 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly. 3 One day at about three in the afternoon he had a vision. He distinctly saw an angel of God, who came to him and said, “Cornelius!”
4 Cornelius stared at him in fear. “What is it, Lord?” he asked.
The angel answered, “Your prayers and gifts to the poor have come up as a memorial offering before God. 5 Now send men to Joppa to bring back a man named Simon who is called Peter. 6 He is staying with Simon the tanner, whose house is by the sea.”
7 When the angel who spoke to him had gone, Cornelius called two of his servants and a devout soldier who was one of his attendants. 8 He told them everything that had happened and sent them to Joppa.

Peter’s Vision

9 About noon the following day as they were on their journey and approaching the city, Peter went up on the roof to pray. 10 He became hungry and wanted something to eat, and while the meal was being prepared, he fell into a trance. 11 He saw heaven opened and something like a large sheet being let down to earth by its four corners. 12 It contained all kinds of four-footed animals, as well as reptiles and birds. 13 Then a voice told him, “Get up, Peter. Kill and eat.”
14 “Surely not, Lord!” Peter replied. “I have never eaten anything impure or unclean.”
15 The voice spoke to him a second time, “Do not call anything impure that God has made clean.”
16 This happened three times, and immediately the sheet was taken back to heaven.
17 While Peter was wondering about the meaning of the vision, the men sent by Cornelius found out where Simon’s house was and stopped at the gate. 18 They called out, asking if Simon who was known as Peter was staying there.
19 While Peter was still thinking about the vision, the Spirit said to him, “Simon, three[a] men are looking for you. 20 So get up and go downstairs. Do not hesitate to go with them, for I have sent them.”
21 Peter went down and said to the men, “I’m the one you’re looking for. Why have you come?”
22 The men replied, “We have come from Cornelius the centurion. He is a righteous and God-fearing man, who is respected by all the Jewish people. A holy angel told him to ask you to come to his house so that he could hear what you have to say.” 23 Then Peter invited the men into the house to be his guests.

Peter at Cornelius’s House

The next day Peter started out with them, and some of the believers from Joppa went along. 24 The following day he arrived in Caesarea. Cornelius was expecting them and had called together his relatives and close friends. 25 As Peter entered the house, Cornelius met him and fell at his feet in reverence. 26 But Peter made him get up. “Stand up,” he said, “I am only a man myself.”
27 While talking with him, Peter went inside and found a large gathering of people. 28 He said to them: “You are well aware that it is against our law for a Jew to associate with or visit a Gentile. But God has shown me that I should not call anyone impure or unclean. 29 So when I was sent for, I came without raising any objection. May I ask why you sent for me?”
30 Cornelius answered: “Three days ago I was in my house praying at this hour, at three in the afternoon. Suddenly a man in shining clothes stood before me 31 and said, ‘Cornelius, God has heard your prayer and remembered your gifts to the poor. 32 Send to Joppa for Simon who is called Peter. He is a guest in the home of Simon the tanner, who lives by the sea.’ 33 So I sent for you immediately, and it was good of you to come. Now we are all here in the presence of God to listen to everything the Lord has commanded you to tell us.”
34 Then Peter began to speak: “I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism 35 but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. 36 You know the message God sent to the people of Israel, announcing the good news of peace through Jesus Christ, who is Lord of all. 37 You know what has happened throughout the province of Judea, beginning in Galilee after the baptism that John preached— 38 how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and how he went around doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.
39 “We are witnesses of everything he did in the country of the Jews and in Jerusalem. They killed him by hanging him on a cross, 40 but God raised him from the dead on the third day and caused him to be seen. 41 He was not seen by all the people, but by witnesses whom God had already chosen—by us who ate and drank with him after he rose from the dead. 42 He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that he is the one whom God appointed as judge of the living and the dead. 43 All the prophets testify about him that everyone who believes in him receives forgiveness of sins through his name.”
44 While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit came on all who heard the message. 45 The circumcised believers who had come with Peter were astonished that the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out even on Gentiles. 46 For they heard them speaking in tongues[b] and praising God.
Then Peter said, 47 “Surely no one can stand in the way of their being baptized with water. They have received the Holy Spirit just as we have.” 48 So he ordered that they be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked Peter to stay with them for a few days.

“Reformers are Coming”

February 22, 2013

The Lord spoke this to me last week before my friend from India came to visit. But I didn’t get anything more at the time. Last night as I was going to rest, felt the Lord wanted to speak to me and He said:

“Just as Moses reformed Israel, and David revitalized the temple worship, and as the Son of God called forth reformation by cleansing the temple from money changers, I will bring forth Reformers who will convict the church of her idolatry as Gideon convicted Israel and tore down the idol.

Just as Gideon was not loved by those he brought reformation to by tearing down their idol, there are many who will not like these reformers. So brace yourselves beloveds for these assignments will not be easy and you will need My wisdom as I send you, to know how and what to say.

But know that when I send you, you will not go alone, and I will back up the words I give you to speak. I will perform My words and I will shake the very foundations of many churches, and cities. For Many are blind to their condition. But as you speak I will bring great conviction and repentance will flow in hearts that are truly Mine !

Do NOT be dismayed! Do NOT fear their faces! Do NOT fear repurcussions!

Know that I AM with you and will uphold you with My righteous right hand. For this will be a “last call” for many who have evaded correction and who are drunk with their own power. Each assignment will be unique, so LEAN ON ME. Angels will go with you and execute My judgments. There will be no more merchandizing in My house ! It will be made a house of PRAYER for ALL NATIONS ! Ready your hearts My prophets for confrontation with jezebel spirits.

I have put many of you through serious battle with her but now that I have purged YOU of her ways, will I lose you to destroy her ramparts ! Self will be dethroned in all who are Mine. I know how to humble and abase those who are proud and arrogant in their hearts. Me, Myself and I will be thrown down.

Those of you who are like minded must support one another in prayer. EARNESTLY pray for one another. I AM with you as well and will fight with you ! In some, if not many cases, you will with great COMPASSION be given very specific revelation of specific pastors and leaders. Because they need to know I mean business and am no longer allowing pretense to reign in My church. If they repent, I will heal and deliver, but if they do NOT listen to your compassionate pleas for change, I will bring swift judgments. The Spirit of BURNING will bring all to their knees before Me and I will have the victory !

Isaiah 2:11 The lofty looks of man shall be humbled, and the haughtiness of men shall be bowed down, and the Lord alone will be exalted in that day.

Isaiah 4:4 NKJV When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have purged the blood of Jerusalem from its midst by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.

A Fundamental Adjustment

February 24, 2013
fundamental
adjective.  Pertaining to the foundation or basis; serving for the
foundation.  Hence, essential, important.

noun.  A leading or primary principle, rule, law or article, which
serves as the groundwork of a system.

Are you ready for a fundamental adjustment in the depths of
your being?  There are principles by which you operate in your spiritual walk
that are fundamentally opposed to the truth of Who I Am.  Established over time,
these religious misconceptions have hindered your relationship with Me and your
walk in the Spirit.  I long for you to be free!  Be sensitive to the moments
when My light exposes these erroneous fundamentals and deliberately abandon
them.  You cannot hold onto lies and embrace Truth at the same time. My Beloved,
yield to this fundamental work in your heart, for it is a key component of
forward
progression.  You will be delighted with the liberty and fruitfulness it
brings.

Luke 6:47-49
47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I
will show you whom he is like:
48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the
foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently
against that house, and could not shake it, for it was founded on the
rock.
49 But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a
house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat
vehemently; and immediately it fell. And the ruin of that house was
great.”

An Argument For Rugged Rugged Individualism

THIS POST IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. JUST EDITING DOWN A FEW NOTES

A man, woman, and child on a boat in the open water, paddle in hand exploring...

Hiking into the unknown everything you need to survive including a Bible on your back.

Dropping into the desert from the mountains in a jeep, sun rising, big sky country in awe of God's amazing creativity.

Entering a cafe in a small town to have breakfast before a day of fishing, cycling, exploring or kayaking or just straight out adventure spreading the Word of God to all who God leads us to.

Pounding the pavement in a city, searching for dreams, fresh ideals or a new beginning...the new beginning started that night I pounded the pavement in Houston.  I still do it to this day.  $3 buys a God's Promises and Answers book which page by page is handed out to whomever God leads me to.  More people are receptive to receiving this blessing now that the America we used to know and love is crashing and hitting their pocketbooks and they are scared.

Meeting a stranger in need and having the consideration to help despite your own problems or worries.  Over and over throughout the day.  Seems God gives us a "work" day to do this then the next day is over-the-top adventure day where little work is found...but the adventure is grand.

Gazing at the stars , finding Orion the star is points toward and remember it being a favorite between you and someone that was once special so long ago.  YES...

This is something that is near and dear my heart.
- rugged individualism means being independent, but not compassionate to the needs of others
-- it is a big part of what has comprised the American psyche and what make us different from other nations.  We are not unlike other nations anymore.  We are quickly sliding into the abyss of socialism even near to hitlers regime...

- -it is currently under attack. The group is becoming more important than anything else...which is fine, but individuality also contributes...

we are ALL special, we all have flaws.

-- Self sufficient does not mean being selfish...it means being able to take care of yourself and inspire other to do the same.  Logical vs Scriptural.  Spiritual is pleasing to God...  without faith it is impossible to please God.  All who come to God must believe that HE IS and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.  Faith is believing in the unseen but foretold.

-- The lone travelers that do no harm, take no bull and fight only when they have to.

--There is nothing wrong with asking for help when you need it, but there is something sublime about taking care of your own

-- A rebel by this world's definition, an artist, an innovator for a cause greater than yourself

Verse of the Day

Do they not go astray who devise evil? But mercy and truth belong to those who devise good. Proverbs 14:22 NKJV

Working in the hospital I saw death often.  There was a defined difference in the death calamity or peace that filled the room based upon the salvation of the person.

10 Of this salvation the prophets have inquired and searched carefully, who prophesied of the grace that would come to you, 11 searching what, or what manner of time, the Spirit of Christ who was in them was indicating when He testified beforehand the sufferings of Christ and the glories that would follow. 12 To them it was revealed that, not to themselves, but to us[b] they were ministering the things which now have been reported to you through those who have preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven—things which angels desire to look into.
